We are a vested interest performance based marketing company which primarily invests in existing brands representing trackable product revenues looking to accelerate their marketing results. We partner with management to invest in high growth products and services through on-line marketing campaigns facilitated by BT Marketing nonexclusively.
Our due diligence process evaluates a prospective client’s product sales history/sales channels/site optimization/supply chain/pricing/viability/packaging/ fulfillment/social media/e-commerce and average transaction size, among other considerations. Our selection process is very competitive based on projected spend-to-commission splits and strength of management policies, along with operating procedures/product demand/average transactions, among other considerations.
Our primary role is to generally act as a supplemental-marketing boost for our client’s existing sales activities via digital channel marketing.
In the case of newly formed/start-up type businesses, our involvement may include “marketing advisory” type services based upon an agreed upon fee.
In some cases, if appropriate, BTMG may agree to act as the exclusive marketing agent for certain business opportunities.
BTMG strives to maintain a “No Touch” policy with clients. We prefer not to meddle with your brand pricing, site promo codes, deal with transactional sales taxes, B2B collections, handling fees, inventory on hand, warehousing, fulfillment, returns, domestic & international shipping among other operational activities.
We risk our capital promoting your products and services - you don’t pay anything unless we generate revenues. BTMG’s earned commission rates are structured in relation to an existing brand’s historical trackable product revenues; as well as, further consideration of existing sales channels, site optimization, supply chain, pricing, management, packaging, fulfillment, social media, e-commerce, average site transactions (among other considerations); which results in a jointly agreed upon rate with each client, prior to any services being rendered.
